Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the Production Quality Department at the Space Systems plant in Getafe, guiding a team of about 25 across QA, inspection and conformity activities. You will sit on the plant management committee and drive continuous improvement with quality as a key stakeholder. You will act as the primary focal point for Production Quality across business areas and customers, shaping quality processes and metrics. This position offers impact through the Space Transformation Plan, cost control, and cross-site alignment to deliver compliant, high-quality space systems.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead and develop the Production Quality Department (QA, inspection, conformity) at Getafe
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and align team objectives with corporate goals
• Manage budgeting (3.5M) and Su0026OP for Production Quality; prepare executive summaries and KPIs
• Harmonize quality practices across Space Systems plants and coordinate with internal/external customers
• Oversee deliveries to Airbus Spacecraft facilities and external customers; manage 8 production areas (e.g., Composites,



AIT, Launcher Assembly)
• Promote preventive quality culture and implement quality processes (NCM, RCA, PPS, NRB, quality auths)
• Ensure quality documentation (QA Plan, Control Plan, inspection reports) and product certification through measurements
• Direct the NDT team and oversee receiving inspections; support ENG/ external audits (EN 9100)

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Engineering or related technical disciplines (Physics, Chemistry, etc.)
• Minimum 2 years of prior team management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills; change management ability
• Languages: Spanish and English (full professional proficiency)
• Experience in Quality departments or cross-functional collaboration with Quality teams
