Experteer Overview In this hybrid presales role, you architect customer solutions that meet business and technical goals across HPE’s portfolio. You’ll support sales with compelling proposals, build and present demos, and ensure workloads align with budgets and SLAs. You’ll collaborate with partners and internal teams to shape winning architectures and drive opportunities from discovery to closure. - Develop and articulate customer proposals ensuring business and technical requirements are met
- Identify and articulate key risks and provide work estimations and sourcing recommendations
- Review proposals for accuracy, relevance, and competitiveness with senior colleagues
- Contribute insights on IT trends, gaps, or unmet needs
- Ensure technical designs meet workload needs, SLAs, and budgets
- Stay informed on leading-edge technologies and competitive offerings
- Create implementation designs addressing customer needs using knowledge of the customer environment and HPE portfolio
- Answer customer questions on products, services, and solutions within scope
- Collaborate with partners to transfer knowledge and deliver solutions
- Engage with partners and stakeholders to enable and coordinate initiatives
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow the pipeline (up-sell,



cross-sell, enhancements)
- Support the opportunity pipeline and assist in the sales process to closure
- Participate in sales forecast meetings and provide feedback to accelerate the lifecycle
- Document ongoing work throughout the sales cycle and share best practices
- Develop relationships with customer technical teams to align HPE solutions with their ecosystem

- 2–4 years of IT experience with a focus on technical selling
- First-level university technical degree or equivalent qualifications
- Intermediate understanding of portfolio products, software, and services
- Experience with solution configurations and architecture design; ability to create demos/POCs
- Knowledge of aaS business models and consumption options
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and local languages as needed
- Ability to deliver live demonstrations and walk-throughs
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems and partner offerings
