The project follows a new agentic development framework, where AI agents handle the development lifecycle. Hands-on experience in data CI/CD, strong knowledge of system design, algorithms, data structures, and cloud infrastructure is required. You should excel in data modeling and architecture, possess analytical prowess, and demonstrate a proactive understanding of complex subject domains.Part of your daily responsibilities will be to:Design, implement and maintain data pipelines, using AI agents to produce the codeDevelop algorithms to transform data into useful informationAnalyse data to identify issues and define the logic for complex functions and scriptsGuide and validate AI-generated solutions so they follow standards, focusing on simplicity, performance, and maintainabilityOwn data modeling and data quality, acting as the expert behind the AI that produces the resultsExplore new data sources and integrate them into the data product(s)Work with CI/CD processes for data, as well as data testing and monitoringCreate prototypes and documentation underlying main aspects of the workYour StoryWe value more your willingness to learn and contribute to the success of the project than your exact experience. engineering or other quantitative subjectsYou have strong hands-on experience with dbt and SQL, our main data transformation stack on DatabricksYou have experience with, or a strong interest in, AI-driven/agentic development, and are comfortable directing and validating AI-generated code rather than coding by handYou can set up and contribute to an effective agentic frameworkYou have proven experience with Python Programming (PySpark is a plus)You have a software development background with knowledge of design-patterns and unit-testing, enough to review and validate AI-generated codeYou have proven experience working with CI/CD processes for data as well as data testing and monitoringYou have great communication skills (both verbal and written), being able to describe complex technical concepts and results in a clear and detailed manner to non-technical audiencesYou have strong knowledge of data modelling, data quality and data architecture conceptsYou have knowledge of system design, data structures, algorithms, storage systems, and cloud infrastructureYou have worked in agile projects using agile collaboration tools (e.G.
