Economics, or related field6+ years of experience in cost optimization, consulting, FP&A;, controlling, or procurement. Ideally experience in a cost reduction consultancyProven track record in OPEX, cost reduction, or transformation programsStrong skills in financial analysis, cost modeling, and benchmarkingExperience in multinational / matrix organizationsExcellent intercultural stakeholder management and communication skillsAnalytical, hands-on, and results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
