At Tappx, we continue to grow and are looking for talented new individuals to join our SSP Tech team within the IT department.
As a PHP Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SSP projects that vary in complexity and require high scalability. You will also have the opportunity to independently lead the entire system lifecycle—from conception and technical design to production deployment and monitoring. Furthermore, you will contribute to driving technical excellence, reducing technical debt,



and leveraging artificial intelligence tools to generate business value within the AdTech ecosystem.
Key responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain key products and initiatives, working in an iterative, incremental, and decoupled manner to make steady progress while ensuring alignment with business needs and the product roadmap.
Design, build, and maintain internal tools across multiple frameworks—ranging from intranets to small applications for testing new products.
Develop and maintain internal tools (primarily in PHP) and lead their migration and refactoring toward lightweight, modular, and efficient architectures.
Proactively ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through automated testing, CI/CD practices, and active participation in code reviews and technical alignment sessions.
Identify security risks, technical debt, and server performance bottlenecks early on—especially those impacting the roadmap—by proposing pragmatic refactoring solutions and coordinating transpa
