Experteer Overview
As SFMC Marketing Consultant, you will drive customer engagement in a integral marketing technology environment. You will design and optimize CRM and marketing campaigns, using SFMC to connect data, content, and journeys across markets. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end campaigns and improve deliverability and performance. This role offers the opportunity to shape lifecycle programmes and advance data-driven marketing in a multinational setting.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Manage and execute CRM and digital campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Develop, implement, and optimise customer journeys and lifecycle programmes
• Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery including content, segmentation, deployment, QA, and performance review
• Build, test, and optimise personalised communications and multi-step journeys
• Perform A/B testing and analyse campaign performance to improve engagement
• Create audience segments within Data Cloud and activate across platforms
• Troubleshoot CRM-related issues (data, journeys, automations, deliverability)




• Provide SFMC guidance and best practices to internal stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement of CRM processes, templates, tools, and workflows
• Contribute to service operations and support activities related to Salesforce Marketing services
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, operational, and technology teams

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
• Strong experience with: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Data Cloud (Data 360)
• Experience delivering CRM or marketing automation campaigns
• Understanding of customer data management, subscriber management, and consent concepts
• Experience working within delivery, project, support, or consulting environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English (C1 level or above)
