Experteer Overview In this role you will design and lead a globally scalable risk framework for Revolut, shaping risk governance and culture across functions. You will partner with Data Science and Engineering to develop risk models for origination, monitoring, provisioning, and collections, and build a portfolio management function focused on receivables and payables. You will set risk appetite, make key underwriting decisions for significant exposures, and represent first-line risk in committees. - Understanding of credit policy governance and experience with 2LoD/3LoD
- Experience in risk and fraud identification, monitoring, control implementation, and testing

- Excellent communication with clear, structured explanation of complex concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decisions
