- Define and evolve the end-to-end B2B digital marketing and engagement strategy with a CRM focus
- Develop customer journeys, lifecycle frameworks and personalization principles
- Identify engagement opportunities across digital touchpoints and communications
- Translate business challenges into concrete CRM, data, and activation initiatives
- Define KPIs, measurement frameworks and optimisation opportunities
- Prioritize test-and-learn initiatives and drive adoption of best practices across markets




- Act as a senior Digital u0026 CRM advisor to connect business needs with technology across teams
- Ensure CRM enables broader customer engagement beyond a simple communications channelResponsabilidades
- 7+ years of Digital and CRM experience in B2B environments
- Experience spanning engagement strategy, customer and data strategy, and CRM activation
- Strong background in digital marketing, CRM strategy, journeys, segmentation and analytics
- Strong understanding of customer data, data-driven activation, personalization and measurement
- Experience with Veeva CRM or similar platforms (valued)
- Healthcare/pharma/veterinary or Pet Care sector experience is a plus
- Strategic and analytical mindset with stakeholder management and communication skills
