If so, we'd love to hear from you.As part of Boston Scientific's LATITUDE & Neuromodulation Customer Support team, you'll work closely with patients and healthcare professionals across Europe, providing support for innovative medical technologies that help patients manage their health and stay connected with their healthcare teams.This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience within a general healthcare company, develop specialist expertise, and contribute to a purpose-driven mission from day one.Your responsibilities- Deliver exceptional support to patients and healthcare professionals through phone, email, and other communication channels.- Guide patients through the setup, use, and troubleshooting of remote monitoring and neuromodulation devices, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.- Build trusted relationships with customers by providing clear, empathetic,
