Experteer Overview
As a Data Analyst in the Regulatory FinCrime Compliance domain, you will enable robust risk detection and regulatory reporting through data models and scalable analytics. You will collaborate with Compliance, Risk and Product to build data-driven controls and investigations across jurisdictions. You will own end-to-end analytics solutions, from requirements to deployment, and continuously improve FinCrime processes. This role offers impact by shaping data infrastructure that supports global growth and regulatory integrity. You’ll join a collaborative, growth-focused team at a company helping businesses scale internationally.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and maintain data models and datasets for transaction monitoring, customer risk scoring, and investigations
• Own end-to-end delivery of FinCrime analytics solutions (requirements, extraction, transformation, validation, deployment)
• Develop and optimise detection logic and monitoring rules for transactions and behavioural patterns
• Perform data quality controls to ensure completeness, accuracy, and auditability
• Build dashboards and tools (Looker / Looker Studio or similar) to monitor risk, alerts, and investigation pipelines




• Support regulatory and internal audits with traceability of data, methodologies, and controls
• Automate and continuously improve FinCrime processes (screening, monitoring, alert handling)

Responsabilidades
• 2-5 years experience in Data/Business Analytics, preferably FinCrime, Compliance, Risk or Financial Services
• Advanced SQL skills for complex datasets
• Experience with modern data stack tools: dbt, Google Cloud BigQuery, Looker / Looker Studio, Git
• Experience building data pipelines and analytic datasets
• Solid understanding of financial crime frameworks
• Python experience is desirable
• Knowledge of payment flows, FX, or banking products desirable
• Strong analytical thinking focused on data quality, controls, and risk interpretation
• Experience with transaction monitoring systems or alerting frameworks is a plus
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
