This is a key position within the organization, with direct impact on commercial strategy definition, team management, and the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.
Your main responsibilities will be:

Define, plan, and execute the sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
Lead, coordinate, and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals and ensuring their achievement.
Design and implement commercial and pricing policies in coordination with Management.
Identify business opportunities through market, competitor, and customer needs analysis.
Drive new customer acquisition while strengthening loyalty within the existing customer portfolio.
Negotiate with strategic clients and key accounts, securing beneficial and sustainable agreements.
Ensure excellence in customer service, maintaining high satisfaction levels and effective issue resolution.




Ensure compliance with the company’s commercial, regulatory, and quality procedures.
Efficiently manage the assigned territory, optimizing resources and maximizing commercial coverage.
Ensure the achievement of sales, margin, and profitability targets defined in the commercial plan.
Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and strategic meetings.
