ICMP, INSURV, and other readiness evaluationsEvaluate corrosion, structural degradation, and coating system performance, and recommend corrective actionsSupport Engineering Technical Branch (ETB) operations, including ship stability calculations and monitoring during casualties, drills, or emergent eventsParticipate in ETB drills and training, and respond to casualty events, including weekends and holidays as requiredProvide logistics support, including material identification and repair requirement developmentDeliver on-the-job training (OJT) and technical guidance to ship's force personnel on inspection and maintenance practicesDocument findings using Navy systems (e.g., MFOM/NMD, FTS, CADET, MAFs) and prepare formal reports/debriefs in accordance with JFMM standardsRecommend updates to technical documentation, including Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRCs), manuals, and drawingsObtain an
