Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive performance analytics for our international contact centres, shaping long-term planning and operational excellence. You will lead data collection, reporting, and in-depth analysis to enable informed decisions across multiple business units. You’ll generate timely insights, support forecasting and workforce planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and analytical models. • Prepare and deliver timely, accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
• Analyze incentive targets, call volume trends, and performance metrics to inform operations and strategy
• Consolidate and mine data from multiple contact centre sources to provide a comprehensive performance view
• Collaborate with international contact centre analysts to ensure consistency and quality of analytics output




• Support workforce planning through forecasting and analysis to optimize operational efficiency
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and analytical models

Responsabilidades
• +2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst with reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Excel with ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets
• Experience with Tableau
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively with sound judgment
• Comfortable challenging assumptions and offering innovative solutions
