Experteer Overview
In this role you will be the analytical engine behind Glovo's XL business, turning data into clear insights and action for commercial teams. You will build and maintain dashboards and performance tools, drive the weekly and quarterly cadence, and spot trends to steer the XL vertical. You collaborate with XL, finance, and operations to ensure the business moves in the right direction. This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity to shape a new trading capability and influence senior leadership decisions.

• Build and maintain analytical infrastructure (dashboards, trackers, performance tools) for the XL team
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews with accurate and clear storytelling
• Identify negative trends and growth opportunities, flag anomalies and investigate root causes
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for commercial and leadership audiences
• Support planning cycles including budgeting, forecasting, and QBR processes with bottom-up analysis
• Propose process improvements to reporting structures and ways of operating
Responsabilidades
• 2-4 years of experience combining structured problem-solving with commercial exposure (strategy consulting, business operations, trading, category management, or similar)
• Commercial mindset paired with strong data focus
• Spreadsheet fluency; SQL and tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Amplitude) are a plus
• Excellent communication skills to distill analysis into concise recommendations
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to own recurring deliverables
• Proactive and autonomous with comfort in ambiguity and fast pace
• Native in Spanish and fluent in English
