Diversity is more than a commitment for us — it is the foundation of what we do.PurposeWe are looking for a Project Manger that will be part of the account team responsible for our client’s global campaigns adaptation in the German Market. This profile will be part of a Global HUB held in Barcelona that is responsible of the local adaptation for many campaigns in various markets.Being in charge of different operational areas, will also be supervised / helpd by an Account Manager and reporting directly to the Account Supervisor. The day-to-day will include the adaptation and localization of 360 general campaigns while communicating to the creative team clear briefings for Always On campaigns, main launches in the market and follow-up campaigns in a 360 base: TV, prints, OOH and digital. Understanding the client’s and agency needs ensuring a daily basis contact with all stakeholders involved.ResponsibilitiesServe as the main liaison, building strong, trusting, long-term relationships with clients as their primary point of contact.Lead meetings to discuss, identify, and deeply understand client project requirements and objectives.Present, negotiate, and defend project plans, ideas, budgets,
and campaigns with conviction while aligning them with brand guidelines and KPIs.Take responsibility for delivering comprehensive end-to-end campaigns.Manage and deliver media plans specifically tailored for the German market and overall market strategies.Analyze, report on, and optimize campaign success while staying up-to-date with digital technology trends.Work closely with all agency departments—including creative, accounting, and production teams—to ensure correct project development.Brief and judge creative work against guidelines, objectives, and KPIs.Ensure the correct involvement, implication, and alignment of both client and agency profiles on all scheduled project dates.Monitor work progress at all stages, keeping in constant contact with clients and suppliers.Arrange and schedule meetings that align with overall project plans and timelines.Address production asset needs by coordinating with appropriate providers and suggesting planning updates based on production requirements.QualificationsProfessional fluency in both German and English.Proven experience of at least 3 years working in an advertising agency.Experience in managing 360-degree advertising campaigns, media plans, and social media management.Strong background in project management tools such as Airtable, Trello, Asana, and Adobe Workfront, alongside deep knowledge of Agile project workflows and milestone definitions.Ability to function independently while thriving in a team-oriented agency environment.Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and effective organizational abilities to manage multiple concurrent projects.Commercial awareness paired with strong written and verbal communication skills to present ideas and negotiate effectively.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Previous experience with car brands is considered a strong plus.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sexual orientation, or age.#J-18808-Ljbffr
