The Role Lexroom is building its partnership channel and wants it to become a material driver of revenue growth.



As Partnership Lead, you will own that channel in your local market (Spain): sourcing, activating and growing relationships with consulting firms and system integrators, supporting co-sell on large enterprise accounts, and contributing to early product partnerships as our API surface develops. You will turn the partnership strategy into signed agreements and partner-sourced pipeline. This is a hands-on role with high ownership and a direct line to commercial leadership. Your key responsibilities Partner sourcing and activation: identify, qualify and onboard consulting firms, system integrators and enterprise partners, taking them from first contact to signed agreement. Relationship ownership: manage a portfolio of strategic partners day to day, running joint account planning and co-sell motions with Sales.
