In Revolut's Product team, you shape experiences by turning complex problems into simple, scalable solutions. As Product Owner, you own the roadmap, oversee day-to-day operations, and manage risks, collaborating with design, engineering and data, while reporting to senior management. You drive impact through data, market insights, and company strategy from ideation to launch and beyond. This role offers end-to-end product ownership in a fast-growing fintech, contributing to Revolut's mission of giving people more visibility and control over money.

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years in a high-growth tech company or banking/finance-related area
• 2+ years building technical products (platforms, distributed systems, data science, ML, etc.)
• 1 year of people management experience for Product Owners at Revolut
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and technical acumen with ROI-based prioritisation
• Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision and communicating it to leadership, customers, and partners
• Hands-on mindset with bias toward action and bootstrapping major projects
• Experience developing and launching products from scratch
• Ability to provide insight and deliver measurable results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
