We are an international technology services company founded in 1983 and currently have more than 2,000 employees in 5 countries: France, Spain, Romania, Portugal, and Luxembourg.What are we looking forA DevOps Engineer, to join a stable international project, based in MADRID, collaborating in data virtualization project, ensuring the performance, stability, and cost optimization of the data access platform while following the guidelines and technologies.RESPONSIBILITIESOperations & RUN- Monitor the Dremio platform (clusters, services, jobs, infrastructure)- Manage incidents and problems (L2/L3 support) while meeting RTO and RPO targets- Track platform availability and SLA compliance- Provide support to Data teams (Data Engineers / Analysts)Industrialization & DevOps- Automate deployments (CI/CD)- Standardize environments (DEV / PREPROD / PROD)- Implement DevOps best practices (versioning, pipelines)Performance & Scalability- Optimize Dremio queries- Size and tune clusters (CPU, RAM, storage) with the support of Infrastructure provider- Manage caching, reflections, and query acceleration- Analyze performance bottlenecks (I/O, network, compute)Observability & Monitoring- Build monitoring dashboards (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace)- Track key metrics:o Query latencyo Cluster saturationo Resource consumption- Implement alerting and continuous improvement processesCloud & Infrastructure- Manage the deployment by IT Ops on Kubernetes / OpenShift- Integrate with Data Lakes (S3, HDFS, etc.) with the support of the infrastructure providerFinOps & Cost Optimization- Analyze infrastructure and product costs- Optimize usage (auto-shutdown, sizing,
