Experteer Overview As the Digital Solutions Sales Executive for Iberia, you drive adoption of our digital portfolio across strategic accounts. You will partner with sales, BD, and technical teams to translate customer needs into digital use cases and profitable growth. You act as the digital sales expert within key accounts, expanding recurring digital revenue and long-term value. You’ll shape value propositions, support end-to-end deal cycles, and collaborate across teams to scale digital penetration.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Identify and develop new Digital Solutions opportunities across strategic customers and target markets
- Engage with customers to understand business challenges and digital transformation objectives
- Build compelling value propositions and business cases for measurable outcomes
- Support the sales cycle from opportunity identification to proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Drive cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts
- Collaborate with Vertical Sales teams to increase digital penetration
- Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to develop concepts, Demos, and presentations




- Maintain a healthy pipeline and contribute to accurate forecasting
- Promote recurring revenue opportunities (software, subscriptions, digital services, long-term agreements)
- Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunitiesResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Business, Engineering, or Technology, or related field
- Experience in solution sales, digital solutions, software, SaaS, smart buildings, IoT, energy management, or related industries
- Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and manage complex sales cycles
- Strong consultative selling and value-based selling skills
- Experience engaging with medium and large enterprise customers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English
