DescriptionéShop Creative Studios is seeking an organized and resourceful Producer to join our production team at our Barcelona studio. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end production process for photo, video, and hybrid content-owning timelines, budgets, talent coordination, and cross-functional communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and on brief. You will serve as the operational backbone of shoots, keeping creative teams aligned, stakeholders informed, and workflows running efficiently. The idóneo candidate is a natural problem-solver who thrives under pressure, can manage multiple concurrent productions, and has experience coordinating complex content projects in a studio environment.Key job responsibilitiesOwn end-to-end production management for assigned projects-from brief intake through delivery-across photography, video, and hybrid content workstreamsBuild and maintain production schedules, shot lists, and resource plans across studio bays and stagesCoordinate internal and freelance talent (photographers, videographers, stylists, HMU, models)
