Experteer Overview
As Product Lead for an AI-driven pod, you own the use case from definition to value realization, partnering with a VP sponsor and domain experts. You steer scope, backlog, and governance across Legal, Quality, and IT/Security, delivering measurable business outcomes and reusable Fabric assets. You act as the central interface for design, engineering, QA, and deployment, ensuring adoption in real workflows rather than demos alone. This role demands high autonomy and cross-functional leadership to drive impactful AI-enabled solutions.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Define use case and KPI targets with the sponsor and monitor progress against kill criteria
• Scope and sequence the pod backlog, including non-build decisions and trade-offs
• Lead alignment across the pod and spine, managing dependencies on data, harness, and gates
• Manage stakeholder engagement across the RACI, ensuring timely Legal and Quality gates for regulated use cases
• Drive adoption and value realization with telemetry and expert usage, not just early demos
• Contribute to monthly portfolio reviews with honest status reports and reusable assets




• Own the end-to-end enterprise AI solution lifecycle from ideation to deployment and iteration
• Provide central UX, agile delivery, and cross-functional coordination across design, engineering, QA, and deployment teams
• Define and evolve product features based on feedback, market trends, and customer needs
• Develop and maintain a roadmap aligned with business goals and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

Responsabilidades
• AI-era product management experience with shipped LLM/RAG applications
• Ability to act as the single accountable face to a VP sponsor and engage domain experts
• Experience in portfolio models with explicit kill discipline
• Comfort with regulated environments (GxP exposure is a plus)
• Hands-on fluency with prompting, agent composition, and evals; ability to challenge engineers’ claims
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; post-graduate certifications may be required
• 8+ years of relevant experience
