In this role you will shape how Baxter partners with logistics providers to boost value, service, and resilience across a general network. You’ll lead sourcing and supplier-management for transportation, warehousing, and related services, driving savings and performance improvements. The focus is regional (EMEA) with support for APAC and global initiatives, contributing to a broader supply chain transformation. This is an opportunity to influence cross-functional decisions and simplify everyday operations while delivering measurable impact.

• Shape sourcing strategies for transport and logistics services, incl. market reviews, tenders, evaluations, and negotiations to optimize cost, quality, capacity and service
• Build and manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, parcel providers, and warehouse partners, driving improvements in reliability, quality, sustainability and risk management
• Negotiate and manage contracts, rate cards, renewals, service levels, and commercial terms with clear agreements and processes
• Use spend data, cost models and total-cost analyses to identify savings and build business cases with clear value delivery
• Coordinate priorities across countries, functions, and business units to keep sourcing projects moving forward




• Monitor market developments and bring forward supplier-led ideas to simplify processes and introduce innovation across the logistics network
• Support wider Supply Chain projects, providing procurement expertise for transport transitions, warehouse needs, business continuity and other improvements

Responsabilidades
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field and solid procurement, logistics, transportation or supply chain experience
• Experience managing external suppliers: sourcing, cost reviews, negotiation, performance follow-up, savings delivery and contracting (MSAs, SOWs, Amendments, NDAs)
• Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze costs and translate data into recommendations
• Exposure to logistics network optimization, warehouse/transport transitions, or supply chain transformation is a plus
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience and AI tools like Copilot are advantageous
• Fluent English; French would be an advantage
• Clear, data-informed decision-making with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
