Responsibilities and objectives * Manage and develop the assigned client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and identification of new opportunities within each account. * Understand clients’ operational and technological needs (marketplaces, e-commerce, retailers) and coordinate tailored solutions. * Work closely with IT, Operations, and Marketing teams to support integrations, onboardings, issue resolution, and improvements in logistics workflows. * Analyze account performance, market activity, and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities. * Prepare commercial proposals,



presentations, and activity reports. Requirements * 3–4 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or commercial roles in digital, logistics, or e-commerce environments. * General understanding of last‑mile delivery models (PUDO, Lockers, Home Delivery, Fulfillment). * Familiarity with online purchasing processes (checkout, order management tools, integration software). * High level of English. * Proficiency with CRM tools and digital environments. * Proactive, organized, and goal‑oriented mindset. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Customer‑centric approach and collaborative working style. * Ability to prioritize and adapt to dynamic and fast‑changing environments.
