Your role * Advising on all phases of commercial operations, from proposal and tender review to contract negotiation. * Providing strategic legal advice throughout the complete lifecycle of operations. * Negotiating and reviewing contracts related to technology services, outsourcing, BPO, consulting and digital services. * Supporting post-contractual matters and the management and resolution of disputes. * Collaborating on regulatory compliance programs, identifying and escalating relevant regulatory issues. Your profile * 6 to 8 years of experience in commercial legal advice, preferably in the technology sector or a multinational environment. * Strong knowledge of contract law,



outsourcing, BPO and digital services. * Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with different business areas. * Business-oriented mindset, strategic thinking and demonstrated negotiation skills. * Fluent in professional English. C1 required. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in technology companies or international consulting firms. * Experience in outsourcing or managed services. * Knowledge of compliance, competition, anti-corruption or export control regulations. * Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools applied to the legal field. * Experience leading improvement or process transformation initiatives.
