Most customer service chatbots can answer simple questions. As soon as you need a refund, return or help with a missing order, you usually end up speaking to a human.

I'm hiring Senior Full Stack Engineers for a Series A company building AI agents that can actually resolve those problems.

Their agents connect to a brand's customer, order and product systems, allowing them to understand what's happened and take actions such as tracking orders, issuing refunds or recommending products.

Support is the starting point. The goal is one system that understands the customer and can act across support, shopping, social and voice.

What you'll build

You'll work on the systems that allow these agents to understand context, decide what to do and safely take action.

A typical problem could be: how should an agent decide whether to refund a missing order without involving a human?

You might need to give it access to the right customer data, integrate a new system,



define which actions it can take, improve how its decisions are evaluated and build the backend or frontend needed to make it work.

You'll take problems like this from technical design through implementation and production, then use real customer conversations to see where the agent succeeds or fails and improve it.

Other projects could include new shopping or voice capabilities, improving how agents retain customer context, or scaling the infrastructure supporting them.

You'll work across LLM/agent systems, APIs and integrations, backend services, React and AWS. Engineers here aren't split into narrow frontend/backend roles.

You

- 5+ years building production software
- Strong experience across most of the core stack
- Shipped LLM-powered products to real users
- Strong architecture and distributed systems fundamentals

This isn't a first commercial LLM role.
