Position Description:

The Digital & AI Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the delivery of services into Holcim Data & AI IT projects globally.

Once assigned to a project, he/she is the single point of contact for business stakeholders on this project. He/She is in charge of coordinating all the relevant internal or external contributors to deliver the service that will meet the business requirements.

The main purposes of this position are the following:

. Deliver Project management artifacts, such as timeline, deliverables, communications plan…
. Coordinate any project related activities with the required stakeholders.
. Project financial controls, business case, financial project tracking….
. Communicate appropriately around issues and opportunities – get things done, make things happen.
. Remove all obstacles to stakeholders satisfaction and / or financial performance.

MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

. Governance & Executive Support. The PM will act as the glue between technical teams and executive leadership, ensuring AI initiatives remain compliant and aligned with business goals.
. Assessing capacity needs, identifying resource gaps, and coordinating team backfills.
. Liaising with procurement, vendor management, and external implementation partners.
. Steering Committee (SteerCo) Management: Prepare monthly briefing packs, track decision logs, and manage the agenda for executive stakeholders.
. External Presentations: Draft high impact decks and talk tracks for industry conferences, board meetings, or client facing digital transformation showcases.
. Ensure Operation transition.
. Take a leading, hands on role in designing and creating executive level slides and visual assets, ensuring that project status, strategy, and outcomes are communicated effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
. Building, updating and reviewing business case and benefits, including cost estimates and timeline projections. Tracking project costs.
. Build service and project status reports.
. Follow up if service delivery is not meeting expectations.

PROFILE REQUIRED

. Level of education/qualifications normally required:
. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
. Project management certification. Primary: PMP Secondary: SCRUM.
. ITIL v3 certified.
. Specific work experience:
.



Experience working with offshore outsourcing organizations.
. Experience in integral roll out management.
. At least 5 years of experience in the domain (Project Management)
. Digital transformation, AI, target operating model design.
. Ability to translate "Data Science" speak into "C Suite" speak.
. Technical / functional skills:
. Understanding of LLM lifecycles.
. Data tokenization
. Jira
. Financial & Vendor Governance: Ability to manage commercial SOWs, RFP evaluations for alternative AI vendors, budget tracking, and CAPEX/OPEX cost controls
. Core AI Platform Comprehension: Understand basic principles of AI platforms, multi cloud infrastructure and foundational components

. Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

. AI Holcim community and business stakeholders. PMO & Project portfolio management : following standard guidelines defined by PMO, sharing detailed information about project status, cost, key milestones, project schedule and scope. Business demand manager: Review of priorities and projects status. Other support functions: Security, Finance, Procurement and Vendor Management.
