Responsibilities * Provide day-to-day HR support across EMEA, with a focus on Spain and the UK * Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on standard HR matters * Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes * Partner with HR Business Partners and the Employee Relations team on disciplinary and grievance cases * Draft HR documentation in line with local employment legislation * Support compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonus cycles * Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning * Support performance improvement plans and follow‑up actions * Ensure compliance with Spain and UK employment law * Maintain accurate HR data and support reporting requirements * Produce HR dashboards and identify trends to support decision‑making * Support HR projects and regional initiatives,



ensuring delivery and alignment with business objectives * Collaborate with HR functions and business units to drive adoption of HR initiatives * Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and policy implementation * Assist with organizational change activities, including restructures, mergers, and acquisitions Requirements * Strong HR generalist experience in international or multinational companies, around 5-6 years * Solid knowledge of Spanish and UK employment law * Experience managing or supporting employee relations cases * Experience working with HR Business Partners and cross‑functional HR teams * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide insights * Fluency in Spanish and English * Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach * Cultural awareness and sensitivity across the EMEA region
