nanimarquina is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our international team and manage relationships with US B2B clients, guiding every order from entry to delivery in a premium design environment. You will work closely with Sales, Logistics, Production and Finance, coordinate EU–USA and Asia–USA logistics, maintain data in ERP and CRM systems, and champion a client‑oriented, proactive service mindset while based in Barcelona four days a week (Fridays from home).
