What we're looking for
- C1/C2 level of German
- B2 level of Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in banking is a plus
- Currently based in Madrid
- EU citizenship or valid authorization to work in Spain
- Willingness to work on-site initially, transitioning to a hybrid model
