The Executive Assistant is responsible for giving support to the Head of Area in the Global Sourcing team performing the following tasks:
- Executive agenda and stakeholder management: Own and optimize the manager's calendar, prioritizing critical Global Sourcing topics (supplier strategy, cost optimization, risk reviews) and ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders (Operations, Engineering, Finance) and key suppliers.
- Global coordination and meeting governance: Prepare, structure, and follow up on global meetings (supplier summits, sourcing reviews, crossfunctional steering committees), including agenda setting, documentation, and tracking of decisions and actions.
- Strategic support in sourcing initiatives: Support the manager in monitoring key sourcing projects and events (e.g. Integral Fairs and Workshops, supplier onboarding, localization), consolidating inputs from regions and ensuring timely reporting.
- Communication and reporting for leadership:
Draft high-quality presentations, reports, and executive summaries for senior management, focusing on supply chain performance, cost trends, risks, and opportunities .
- Confidential and operational support: Manage sensitive information (contracts, negotiations, supplier issues) with discretion, while also handling travel planning, expense control, and logistics for global sourcing activities.
- Proved international experience, including working across multiple regions and cultures within a global matrix organization
- Strong understanding of the position and its tasks
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Five years of experience in similar position and performing tasks
- C1 Spoken and Written English
