We're looking for HR business partners with 4+ years running HR processes and hiring pipelines to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: job descriptions and interview scorecards, offer letters and compensation rationale, HR policy and handbook drafting, performance-review templates, candidate-feedback and rejection communications, and headcount and compensation-band trackers. Compensation $70/hour Commitment Adaptable, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired) Location Fully remote, work on your own schedule Start date ASAP Qualifications 4+ years as an HR generalist,
