About the Role We are looking for a German SpeakingCustomer Service Specialist to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will support German-speaking customers with billing-related inquiries while delivering a professional and customer-focused experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who would like to develop their career in an international environment. The position is initially on-site in Sofia, with the possibility for top performers to move to a hybrid work model after 4 months. Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Work Model: On-site (for top performershybrid work model after 4 months) Working Schedule:Monday to Saturday - Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00 Compensation & Benefits * Base Salary: €1,636.14 gross/month × 14 salaries in a year * Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 gross * Unlimited Sales Bonus: Top performers can earn more than €1,000/month * €1,000 Signing Bonus (€500 after training -€500 after 6 months)
