What we’re looking for Engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience . Strong experience with Python and Django . Professional experience with Vue, React,



or another modern frontend framework . Solid knowledge of Java Script or Type Script, HTML, and CSS . Experience designing and building REST APIs and relational database schemas. Familiarity with Postgre SQL, Docker, Git, and automated testing . Professional proficiency in English is required , both written and spoken. Ability to take ownership of a feature and move it from an idea to a reliable production solution. Strong problem‑solving skills and a pragmatic approach to debugging complex systems. Comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities can evolve and engineers are expected to take initiative. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams. Valuable additional experience You don’t need to know everything below, but experience in some of these areas would be valuable: Vue 3, Type Script, Vuetify, Pinia, and Vite. Celery, Redis, pytest, and Django REST Framework. Experience with other Python backend frameworks , such as Fast API or Flask . GCP, Vertex AI, AWS, or containerized cloud deployments. MQTT, Web Sockets, PLCs, Io T, or industrial automation. Num Py, pandas, scikit‑learn, Py Torch, or production ML systems. 3 D visualization or computer vision. Manufacturing, robotics, industrial software, or Industry 4.0 applications. Experience using AI‑assisted or agentic coding tools to plan, implement, review, and debug software changes, such as Claude Code, Chat GPT, or similar tools .
