Headquartered in Toronto with offices in 9 major cities and 700 top international talents, NSUS is an industry-leading global company dedicated to shaping the future of gaming. GGPoker holds the largest online poker market share globally, and we are looking for dynamic, innovative, and passionate team members to be part of the World’s #1.

Join us and be part of the very best in the iGaming space!

The Role: Our Managing Director leads global business development for GGPoker — opening new markets, driving licensing, and regulatory strategy, lobbying, and sourcing and negotiating partnerships across every region we operate in. At any time he is running ten to fifteen live market-entry projects across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.

We are looking for one person to support our Managing Director at the highest level of executive support and manage multiple concurrent projects with real impact on the organization.

As Executive Assistant:

You will be given extraordinary access. You will provide executive support to our Managing Director has he manages high-stakes negotiations and sessions with international partners, regulators, and licensing authorities together with senior leaders in a multi-billion dollar business.

In exchange, we expect someone who will do the unglamorous work with the same energy as the interesting work, who is relentlessly organized, and who wants to be genuinely excellent rather than merely busy. This includes inboxes, mails, flights, accommodations, etc.

As Project Manager:

Market entry for a global gaming operator is a commercial problem before it is a legal one. The Managing Director holds that judgement. You will be the person who assembles the material he holds it with, and who makes sure that every one of the fifteen files behind it keeps moving.

To be clear about what this role is and is not: the Managing Director leads and sets the strategy. He runs the negotiations and owns the commercial decisions. You support him across all of it — and you own the project management of the entire portfolio outright. You will be present in meetings,

hold the record of decisions and actions that comes out of them, and be the reason nothing is ever dropped, forgotten or allowed to go quiet.

What You Will Own: Portfolio of projects

Manage market-entry, licensing and partnership projects, tracking status, blockers, owners and milestones

Keep stalled projects moving and hold internal and external contributors to deadlines

Run weekly planning, elevate priorities and report progress to the founder and executive team

Prepare meeting briefs, capture decisions and close action items

Debrief key meetings and hold the Managing Director accountable for commitments and priorities

Research and reports

Research markets, competitors and regulations; assess entry costs, taxes, compliance, partner economics and time to revenue.

Evaluate potential partners, conduct due diligence and recommend options.

Prepare financial models, deal summaries, negotiation briefs and reports for leadership, regulators and partners.

Coordinate licensing submissions with Legal and advisors, challenge unclear advice and support advocacy efforts.

Liaison

Internally:

the founder and executive team, the Group Project Manager and development teams, in-house Legal and Regulatory, Finance, Marketing, and local market teams

Externally:

regulators and licensing authorities, external counsel, government relations consultants, commercial partners, and industry bodies and conferences

Tools and leverage

Own AI and productivity workflows for research, drafting, summaries and meeting capture

Continuously improve speed, quality and execution

Requirements:

English fluency

Spanish fluency

3 years in executive administrative support

— supporting CEOs, VPs, Directors, etc.

2 years in project management

— multiple concurrent projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones

2 years in a commercial environment

— business development, market entry or expansion, corporate development, commercial strategy, transaction advisory, or a comparable role where you supported people making commercial decisions. You possess

literacy in commercial, financial, and tax

— you understand revenue share, cost of acquisition, tax and duty exposure,

and what a bad term looks like three years into a contract. You have built or contributed to a business case, a model, or a deal comparison that someone senior actually used

Exposure in immigration processes

Exceptional organizational discipline, with a demonstrated ability to hold many slow-moving, competing priorities without losing track of any of them — and to chase people who do not report to you

Strong analytical and research capability — able to take an unfamiliar jurisdiction and produce something useful and accurate within a day

Advanced presentation and spreadsheet skills; genuine fluency with AI tools and a habit of using them to work faster

Excellent written and verbal communication with outstanding attention to detail

High tolerance for ambiguity. Much of this work happens in jurisdictions with no settled rules, no precedent and no clear answer. You must be comfortable operating without a playbook

Sound judgement, and the confidence to raise a concern with the Managing Director directly before executing on a decision

Exceptional discretion, maturity and integrity. You will hold commercially and legally sensitive information daily

Proven ability to work independently and adapt fast when priorities change, as they will

Willingness to work flexibly in support of a global business operating across multiple time zones

Successful completion of a background check and execution of a confidentiality agreement are conditions of employment

Profile Differentiators: Experience in any of the following is a strong advantage:

International expansion, market launch or new markets teams at a technology or platform business — supporting the opening of cities, countries or regions against a regulatory obstacle

Exposure to a regulatory or licensing dimension of commercial work — a license, an approval, a market opening, a compliance regime that shaped what the business could do

Highly regulated and/or fast-paced industries — online gaming and betting, fintech and payments, crypto and digital assets, pharmaceutical, consumer packaging, telecommunications

High-growth technology companies operating across multiple international markets

Experience operating across multiple international markets and time zones

Additional languages, particularly French, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese

Total Rewards:

Annual salary and level review

Bonus of up to 50% per annum

Direct mentorship from the Managing Director, with unmatched exposure to integral market entry, licensing strategy and senior negotiation
