We’re looking for an experienced XSIAM Consultant to join a major cybersecurity programme supporting enterprise customers across Spain and the wider EMEA region.

This is a senior, customer-facing role for an experienced cybersecurity professional with strong SIEM expertise and extensive hands‑on experience deploying and operationalising XSIAM environments.

The Opportunity You will be a key technical advisor and hands‑on deployment expert, guiding enterprise customers through modern Security Operations Centre (SOC) transformations.

You’ll lead the implementation, configuration and operationalisation of a modern AI‑driven security operations platform, helping customers transition from legacy security monitoring and SIEM environments towards highly automated and integrated SOC operations.

Working across multiple customer engagements, you will combine expertise across SIEM, SOAR, EDR and threat intelligence, taking ownership of technical delivery while acting as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and security teams.

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of customer‑facing cybersecurity experience.

3+ years of hands‑on Cortex XSIAM deployment engineering experience.

Strong SIEM engineering and architecture experience, ideally within complex enterprise environments.

Proven experience leading customer deployments, migrations and SOC transformation programmes.

Strong understanding of SIEM, SOAR, EDR and threat intelligence technologies.

Strong experience configuring, integrating and operationalising XSIAM environments.

Experience developing and tuning detections, use cases and automated security workflows.

Strong understanding of threat hunting,



IOCs/BIOCs and MITRE ATT&CK.;

Excellent customer communication, stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

Fluent Spanish and English.

What You’ll Be Doing You’ll take a lead role in the end‑to‑end technical delivery of XSIAM deployments across multiple enterprise customers in Spain and EMEA.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading customer discovery, technical design and deployment activities.

Designing and implementing XSIAM architectures aligned to customer SOC requirements.

Onboarding and integrating security data sources and log sources.

Migrating and modernising existing SIEM and SOC capabilities.

Configuring and optimising detection, analytics and security monitoring capabilities.

Developing and enhancing automation workflows and playbooks.

Supporting threat hunting and investigation use cases.

Integrating XSIAM with existing security, IT and enterprise technologies.

Advising customers on SOC transformation, operational best practice and security automation.

Troubleshooting complex deployment and integration challenges.

Working directly with customer security teams, architects and technical stakeholders.
