People Hive is supporting a leading customer-experience (CX) outsourcing company in Spain in the search for a German-speaking Technical Product Expert for an international mobility provider in the e-bike industry.

The role focuses on technical support, investigating and troubleshooting issues rather than following basic scripts, and explaining technical matters to customers and lower-level support teams.

Critical Requirements

Native or near-native German

Previous L2 technical support experience

Experience troubleshooting technical products, hardware or software

Experience working with tickets and escalations

Good written and verbal communication

Ability to investigate issues beyond basic customer-service scripts

Nice to Have

Experience with e-bikes, cycling, automotive, electronics, IoT or connected devices

Annual bonus of up to €2,400
