Experteer Overview In this role you will transform data into actionable insights by building Power BI dashboards and reports for a global, fast-paced environment. You will work within the Digital Markets u0026amp; Analytics team to enable data‑driven decision making and partner with business and technical stakeholders. You’ll handle end-to-end reporting, from data sources to KPI monitoring, shaping how analytics inform strategy. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards from multiple data sources • Write advanced SQL queries to support reporting and analysis • Analyze complex datasets to deliver clear, actionable insights • Create reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and business performance • Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture reporting requirements • Identify trends, opportunities, risks,



and performance drivers • Ensure data quality and address gaps or inconsistencies in reporting • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for business teams

Responsabilidades • 4+ years in BI, data analytics, or similar roles • Strong hands-on Power BI experience including dashboard development and data visualization • Advanced SQL skills; PostgreSQL experience highly desirable • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into reporting solutions • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience with large-volume datasets and KPI reporting • Proven ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Fluent English
