The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Disaster Recovery testing, resilience planning, and crisis management exercises across cloud and data center environments.

English fluency is required as part of this role. 2+ years of experience

as a Disaster Recovery Engineer, Resilience Engineer, or Business Continuity Consultant. Strong knowledge of

Disaster Recovery, backup, failover, and recovery strategies . Experience with cloud platforms such as

Azure and/or GCP . Solid understanding of

infrastructure architectures, virtual machines, redundancy, and business continuity concepts . Familiarity with

crisis management exercises, incident response processes, and resilience testing . Experience designing and executing

Disaster Recovery tests and recovery scenarios . Knowledge of

Salesforce architecture, integrations, and DR constraints

is a strong plus. Advanced

English proficiency

(written and spoken). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Define and coordinate

backup, recovery, and failover plans

across data center and cloud environments. Review infrastructure and cloud architectures to ensure they support

Disaster Recovery requirements . Design and coordinate

DR test scenarios

with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams. Collect evidence, document results,



and propose

continuous improvement actions . Organize and facilitate

crisis management and simulation exercises . Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to validate

incident response processes . Formalize

lessons learned and action plans
