We’re growing fast and are looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative based in Dubai, to drive and manage outbound pipeline across the UAE and wider Middle East region , while gaining exposure to partner-driven initiatives and broader business development opportunities.

What you'll do

- Prospect, strategize and qualify: identify the best prospects across the UAE, research companies and key decision-makers, and build your own outbound strategy to generate qualified opportunities.
- Engage with B2B prospects: connect with prospects through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other creative channels. You’ll speak with HR leaders and C-level executives to understand their pains, uncover their needs and explore how Factorial can bring value to their business.
- Keep the momentum going: coordinate qualified meetings and calls with
