In this SAP PT Consultant role you will advise German-speaking clients on SAP HCM Time Management, optimizing and evolving Time Management processes. You’ll deliver AMS, implementations, configuration and enhancements while ensuring seamless integration with Payroll and other SAP HCM modules.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and support digital transformation under German labor regulations. This position offers international exposure, growth opportunities, and a chance to shape time management solutions for a diverse client base.

- Advise German-speaking customers on SAP HCM Time Management (PT) and Workforce Management solutions
- Translate requirements into scalable, compliant SAP PT configurations and solutions
- Deliver SAP HCM Time Management AMS activities including implementations, change requests, configuration, and enhancements
- Configure and maintain Time Management features: work schedules, absence/attendance, quotas, time evaluation, and Payroll integrations
- Help customers optimize time-related processes while ensuring compliance with German labor regulations and collective agreements
- Contribute to SAP HCM Time Management transformation and migration projects
- Prepare functional specs, conduct testing, troubleshoot, and document solutions




- Identify automation and process optimization opportunities in time management
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and technical teams to ensure seamless SAP PT integration with other SAP HCM modules
- Stay current with SAP innovations and German regulatory changes affecting Time Management

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years as an SAP HCM Time Management (PT) Consultant in AMS and/or implementations
- Strong SAP PT expertise for Germany (work schedules, absence, attendance, quotas, time evaluation)
- Experience with German-speaking customers in the DACH region
- Strong SAP HCM Time Management customizing skills
- Good understanding of Time Management–Payroll integration
- Experience with Time-related enhancements, reporting, and interfaces (advantage)
- Ability to analyze business requirements and design effective solutions
- Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
- High autonomy, ownership, and problem-solving mindset
- Fluent German and good English
- Willingness to travel occasionally
