As Operational Excellence Engineer at Abbott Nutrition Supply Chain in Granada, you will lead the site's OpEx program, applying Lean Six Sigma and change management to raise performance. You’ll drive a culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Own the site training program: assess needs, benchmark processes, and coordinate or lead training activities
- Support the OpEx Roadmap with milestone definitions aligned to business strategy
- Promote and apply OpEx tools (Standard Work, MOS, RCA, 6S, Visual Management)
- Act as Subject Matter Expert; coach and mentor staff
- Lead continuous improvement programs and coordinate portfolio initiatives via OpEx Road Maps
- Lead cross-functional teams on RCA, strategic projects,



and plant shutdown support using LSS methods
- Support Lean Six Sigma certification processes (Yellow Belt, RCA, VSM)
- Manage KPIs related to OpEx and oversee broader business KPIs
- Oversee Operational Excellence Maturity Assessments at site and divisional levels

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor in Engineering
- At least 1 year of professional experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, science or operational excellence
- Knowledge of manufacturing site processes, systems, and organizational dynamics
- Proven experience leading continuous improvement programs
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Six Sigma and project management
- Experience in change management
- Fluent English written and spoken
