Experteer Overview In this role you will act as the integral design authority for the Indirect Procurement Source-to-Pay landscape and continuously evolve the operating model.

You will shape the process and technology roadmap, govern global standards, and drive harmonized end-to-end processes across Procurement, Digital u0026amp; Tech, Finance and stakeholders.

You will lead digital transformation, data governance, and process improvements to deliver efficient, compliant and scalable procurement capabilities.

This is a cross-functional, strategic position with a strong focus on AI, automation and a better user experience, within a multicultural, purpose-driven company.

Compensaciones / Beneficios• Own end-to-end S2P process architecture and target operating model for Indirect Procurement• Shape process and technology roadmap aligning priorities with Du0026T, data strategy, AI initiatives and procurement capabilities• Act as Design Authority for process, policy and technology changes impacting procurement• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve user experience via AI, automation and orchestration• Lead cross-functional alignment across Procurement, Du0026T, GES S2P, Finance and Business stakeholders• Define and maintain global process standards, taxonomy, KPIs,

Responsabilidades• In-depth knowledge of Procurement strategy, Source-to-Pay processes, policies, roles and performance metrics• Strong experience in process ownership, process governance and design of complex global operating models• Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation, change and continuous improvement initiatives• Good understanding of procurement digital architecture, technology trends and emerging solutions• Strong digital and AI mindset with interest in automation and agentic opportunities• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, project management and planning skills, including agile ways of working• Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and levels
