Experteer Overview As a Collections Specialist at PPG, you will drive timely payments and minimize bad debt by engaging with customers and resolving delinquencies.

You will work with cross-functional teams to understand root causes and strengthen internal processes.

Your multilingual skills will support interactions with a diverse customer base, while you build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Compensaciones / Beneficios• Review open accounts for collection efforts• Conduct collection calls to recover outstanding receivables• Send mail correspondences to encourage payment of overdue balances• Negotiate customer disputes and document root causes• Develop relationships with internal and external customers• Maintain accurate collection files• Identify issues causing delinquency and discuss with the Credit Manager• Review and monitor assigned accounts and collection reports• Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements• Participate in process improvement projects and support management directives

Responsabilidades• Native in French, fluent English, good Spanish• Effective business writing and professional communication• 1–2 years in collections with experience with a large customer base (preferred)• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills• Accounts Receivable knowledge/experience is a plus• Detail oriented• Knowledge of bank products/payment methods including Letters of Credit, bank guarantees, direct debits, credit cards, Bill of Exchange, Drafts, RIBA, Checks• Assertive and able to negotiate with sales reps and interface with senior management• Self-starter, able to work independently
