Experteer Overview In this Head of Risk role, you will design and lead a global, scalable risk framework to protect the business while enabling growth.

You’ll build and guide a portfolio management function focused on receivables and payables, shape credit policies, and drive risk appetite across mid-size to enterprise features.

You’ll work closely with data science, engineering, and the second line to balance risk and speed, delivering measurable portfolio impact.

Compensaciones / Incentivos• Design a globally scalable risk framework and governance structures• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering on origination, monitoring, provisioning, and collections risk models• Build and lead a portfolio management team focused on continuous monitoring of receivables and payables• Shape local in-country credit policies to maximise portfolio returns• Provide thought leadership on risk appetite for mid-market, corporate,



and enterprise features• Make underwriting decisions for significant exposures and represent the first-line on risk committees• Maintain a solid working relationship with the second line of defence• Support department objectives and planning processes

Responsabilidades• Expertise in managing credit risk for mid-market products• Experience building and scaling a team from scratch• Understanding of credit policy governance and 2LoD/3LoD collaboration• Experience in risk and fraud identification, monitoring, control implementation, and testing• Strategic planning, interdependency management, and delivering exceptional results• Excellent communication with clear, structured explanations of complex concepts• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex decision-making• Ability to balance thorough risk assessment with timely execution and business impact
