Experteer Overview In this role you help ensure product availability and efficient Iberia supply operations by leading planning and replenishment.

You will align supply plans with business needs across internal and external partners, focusing on data-driven decisions and KPI-driven improvements.

You’ll work with CMOs and cross-functional teams to drive timely execution, cost optimization, and continuous improvement in delivery and service levels.

This is a hands-on opportunity to shape supply continuity and operational excellence in a pharmaceutical context.

Compensaciones / Beneficios• Develop and maintain replenishment plans to ensure product availability while optimizing inventory• Monitor inventory performance, stock coverage, and replenishment parameters to identify risks and opportunities• Collaborate with Integral Supply Chain, manufacturing sites, and local stakeholders to align supply plans with business needs• Partner with local and international CMOs to execute monthly rolling forecasts and ensure timely PO execution• Drive continuous improvement in delivery, lead times, service levels, and logistics efficiency across partners• Support annual pricing reviews and negotiations with CMOs to optimize costs while ensuring supply continuity• Lead bi-weekly performance reviews with key CMOs to monitor KPIs, align on priorities, and mitigate supply risks• Monitor inventory levels and replenishment performance to proactively mitigate supply constraints• Support product launches, transfers, discontinuations,



and lifecycle management from a supply planning perspective• Ensure effective integration of demand forecasts into supply and replenishment planning processes• Coordinate supply chain activities across Iberia to ensure timely product availability• Monitor supply performance and escalate risks with corrective actions• Collaborate with Customer Service, Demand Planning, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Global Supply Chain for seamless execution• Support monthly Su0026OP with supply insights, risks, and inventory projections• Participate in cross-functional projects related to supply chain optimization and operational excellence• Coordinate transportation from CMOs to local warehouse and occasional international shipments with proper shipping documentation• Maintain supply chain product master data for accuracy across planning and ERP systems• Support planning system activities, data validation, parameter maintenance, and issue resolution• Develop and monitor Supply Chain KPIs related to inventory, service level, and replenishment• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and data quality• Leverage SAP IBP, SAP ERP, reporting platforms, and AI-enabled tools to improve visibility, planning effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making

Responsabilidades• Bachelor's degree in relevant field• APICS/ASCM certification and understanding of Su0026OP desirable• Proven experience with supply planning systems (preferably SAP IBP) and ERP environments• Strong knowledge of inventory management and replenishment processes• Experience developing and monitoring Supply Chain KPIs and performance metrics• Experience participating in cross-functional projects and process improvements• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Planning or related roles, preferably in pharmaceuticals• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and oral
