Experteer Overview In this role you will drive performance analytics for our international contact centres, shaping long-term planning and operational excellence.

You will lead data collection, reporting, and in-depth analysis to enable informed decisions across multiple business units.

You’ll generate timely insights, support forecasting and workforce planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and analytical models.

Compensaciones / Beneficios• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports with actionable insights for stakeholders• Analyze incentive targets, call volume trends,



and performance metrics to inform operations and strategy• Consolidate and mine data from multiple contact centre sources to provide a comprehensive performance view• Collaborate with international contact centre analysts to ensure consistency and quality of analytics output• Support workforce planning through forecasting and analysis to optimize operational efficiency• Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and analytical models

Responsabilidades• +2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst with reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis• Fluent English (spoken and written)• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy• Proficient in Excel with ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets• Experience with Tableau• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels• Ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively with sound judgment• Comfortable challenging assumptions and offering innovative solutions
