We are looking for a Fashion Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Barcelona and support customers in the German market.

Your main responsibilities will include:- Handling incoming customer calls and enquiries.- Managing orders, changes and returns.- Providing excellent customer service through different communication channels.- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing effective solutions.- Supporting customers throughout their purchasing journey.

Requisitos

Fluent/native German essential for supporting the German market.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Customer-oriented, proactive and solution-focused.





Good PC and systems knowledge.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Well organized, reliable and adaptable.
