Tech team, you lead engineers who build tools that automate campaigns, content at scale, and measurement across paid marketing, SEO, and AI Search.

You partner with Marketing, Product, and Data to align technology with business growth and marketing efficiency.

You shape technical direction, own delivery, and promote engineering excellence in a fast-growing, data-driven environment.

You’ll help scale marketing technology while advancing AI-enabled development at Preply.

Responsabilidades• 4+ years of experience leading and developing engineering teams with delivery of business-critical products or platforms• Experience in Mar

Tech, AdTech, Growth, tracking and attribution, paid marketing, or SEO platforms; or related data-intensive systems for marketing• Strong people leadership and ability to coach and mentor engineers• Strong technical judgment and systems thinking, with experience guiding architectural decisions• Ability to partner with Product, Marketing, and Data to identify opportunities and drive measurable outcomes• Proven execution focus, turning goals into realistic plans and managing dependencies• Clear communication, empathetic leadership, and ability to align stakeholders around decisions
