Experteer Overview As Data u0026amp; AI Partnerships Lead, you will orchestrate external data and AI capabilities to power evidence generation and AI-enabled clinical decision-making across Oncology and Biopharmaceuticals.

You’ll work at the intersection of Clinical Intelligence, RWE, and external AI/data ecosystems to scale enterprise capabilities and adoption.

You’ll assess, curate, and govern data partnerships that enable multimodal analytics while balancing scientific value with privacy and governance.

Compensaciones / Ventajas• Originate and qualify strategic partnerships using a structured framework on data volume, completeness, interoperability, linkage, and regulatory readiness• Design and run pilot analyses to test data quality and cohort feasibility before scale• Assess multimodal integration potential (EHR, imaging, genomics) for AI/ML models and trial-ready use cases• Provide technical opinions on data suitability for external controls, trial emulation, biomarker validation, and patient stratification• Develop standardized assessment templates (data dictionaries, completeness benchmarks, regulatory readiness) for cross-partnership consistency• Build and maintain a best-in-class data partner network across claims, EHR, genomic/molecular, imaging,



and digital health data• Align data partnerships to TA evidence priorities with RWE Strategy Leads and Data Scientists• Drive governance and value realization through cross-functional scoring, KPI frameworks, renewal decisions, ROI tracking, and budget/compliance oversight• Support transaction execution (due diligence, contracting, onboarding, governance setup) and define implementation milestones• Contribute to Enterprise Data and AI Strategy by advising on licensing vs building vs integration and staying current with regulatory guidance

Responsabilidades• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred• 7+ years in RWE, health data science, epidemiology, or data strategy within pharma/biotech/healthtech or major RWD provider, with hands-on data assessments• Hands-on ability to assess data quality, representativeness, variable availability, coding systems (ICD, SNOMED, NDC, OMOP, FHIR), linkage feasibility, and fitness-for-purpose• Understanding of multimodal data (clinical, genomic, imaging, digital biomarkers, PROs) for advanced analytics• Existing relationships with data providers built through hands-on technical evaluation• Experience with regulatory-grade RWE and EMA/FDA expectations for submissions• Proven ability to manage complex partnerships (due diligence, contracting, governance, renewal)• Strong cross-functional collaboration and excellent communication for senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences
