Experteer Overview In this role you will own the activation of customer data to design and run an end-to-end CRM program across email, push, and in-app channels. You will refine multi-channel communications and retention strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support the technical setup of campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ensure campaigns are measured with clear success metrics. - Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Knowledge of SQL, AMPScript, and other programming languages
- Ability to leverage behavioral, transactional, and demographic data for marketing insights
- Commercially savvy, analytical and data-driven
- Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
- Organized, proactive and able to manage time in a high-paced environment
